Senator Lincoln offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, line 8: after "current needs," Insert "an explanation of needs not being met due to shortage of resources," Page 2, line 12: Add a new (6): "an explanation of the service delivery systems to rural/bush Alaska including the use of field offices and centralized service delivery; and" Renumber accordingly.
